Q: I have forgotten the details I provided when ordering my report and can’t log in. What can I do?
A: An email with your login details was sent to your email address when you purchased your report.
Q: How can I get a report I previously ordered?
A: You can view the previous reports that you have run over the past 30 days by logging in to the Car History website. You can do this by clicking on the Returning Customers tab on the homepage. To log in you will require your email address and date of birth that you entered when ordering your vehicle report. Please note that reports and invoices are only accessible on the website for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period the report will expire and will be removed from the website.
Q: How can I retrieve a tax invoice from a previous purchase?
A: You can view the tax invoices on reports run over the past 30 days by logging in to the Car History website. You can do this by clicking on the Returning Customers tab on the homepage. Q: I ordered a report a while ago, why is it not available when I log in?
A: A report is only stored for 30 days.
Q: I ordered a report a while ago, why can I not be logged in or retrieve my details?
A: It's due to either the email address and date of birth details you entered are incorrect or all reports you previously purchased under that particular email address and DOB are expired. Unfortunately, you are not able to retrieve your details via Veda Auto website. Your details were being sent to the nominated email address you supplied when purchasing the report.
Q: I forgot the email address I provided when ordering my report, what can I do?
A: Please check all your email accounts as an email with your login details was sent to you when you purchased your report.
Q: Can I change my original email address for reports?
A: No.
